Ideal for descending dirt roads. 700×40 tires provide excellent grip on natural and uneven terrain as well as on asphalt. And for braking we have 3 versions, Vbrakes, mechanical or hydraulic disc brakes. Bamboo is also lighter making it ideal for bicycle construction. Neither bamboo or carbon fiber are subject to fatigue. Your bike can endure daily use and falls without losing its strength. Naturally bamboo generates 30% more oxygen than trees, this helps break down Co2 generated by cars. It takes up to 15 years for a regular pine tree to grow, it takes bamboo as little as 3 years to reach the same level, making it a very renewable source. Joints are hand made from unidirectional 50K Carbon Fiber. Carbon Fiber is an extremely strong, resistant and light material. As well as bamboo, CF is no subject to fatigue, so, in time, there will not be any acumulable damage on your bike. Using unidirectional fibers lets us design how the structure throughout the bike works. The species of bamboo that we use for the bikes is commonly known as "natural steel" of "solid bamboo".
