Description: Medium/regular stretch waist and ankle. The medium was too small for me(34w) but found a large and are very comfortable pants. Has lightweight softshell feel, it’s great. I now wear similar pair on morning runs. Well made, fits very well and provides limited wind and moisture resistance. For exercising or around town.
