Description: I'm selling my Bach 50th anniversary trumpet. This is a 190S37 with special engraving to commemorate the 50th anniversary of manufacturing trumpets in Elkhart, Indiana. In addition the the special engraving on the bell, the 50th anniversary horns have a stamp on the 2nd valve noting that it is a 50th anniversary horn, a special burnt red case lining, and a special badge on the case. This is the newer 190 series horn that includes enhanced manufacturing processes. This is what Bach states on their web site: "The 19037 features a professional #37 bell with a side-seam resulting in a rich, full sound with a large tonal core. The combination of two-piece valve construction, nickel silver outer slides, and a steel bell wire provides a broad sound with a quick response and great feedback to the player." I purchased this horn 10 months ago from an estate sale. When I took delivery it appeared that the horn had barely been played, in fact, the valves were not fully broken in yet. I have played it very little, and it's just been sitting around. I have my eyes on another horn, so I'm selling this one to finance that purchase. This horn is in mint condition, and virtually indistinguishable from a new one. There isn't a single dent, ding, or scratch anywhere on it. Note in the pictures how clean the cork on the spit valve is and how there is no corrosion or dirt on the tuning slide. These are the areas that get dirty first on any trumpet. There probably aren't many used 190S37 trumpets available that have seen such limited playing and in such fine condition. Here is a chance to get a stunning horn for much less that the price of a new one.
