If it’s something else that fits in an envelope and isn’t rigid or too large, it can go for the 68-92 cent normal rate but without tracking. Returns: Buyer is to pay postage BOTH ways unless we have made a mistake in description or other misleading oversights. Most of our items come from various sources such as consignment shops, estate sales, garage sales, etc. While our home is non smoking, we don’t know the history of the previous owners.
