In case of defects upon receipt, we send you a pre-paid label to send the unit back to us for repair/refurbishment if necessary. Units are not tested for speed matching and returns are not allowed for this issue. Lighting: The LED is very very faint for this release from AZL. No returns allowed for this as it's a known issue with the E7s.
