The crystals are multi-layered & etched quartz crystals with many terminated smaller crystal formations. Often referred to as Jacare (Alligator) Quartz as the crystals often resemble scales. These faces are smooth, and reflect the light in a dazzling display when the specimen is turned. There is no damage, it is very beautiful. Includes the wood stand shown in photo for display. Elestial Quartz crystals are said to have a very high vibrations that are constantly emanated and are powerful stones to aid in spiritual growth.
