Description: I have NOT restored her in any way except to run gun oil via a cloth over all the metal. She has some moderate oxidation on the guard from storage in attic for decades. In 'MY' opinion the blade is in very-good & clean condition (with only minor chips) as is the scabbard. The blade also snaps very tight in the self sharpening scabbard. And the wood grips are in nice shape and fit as new tight to the tang. Blade length is 11.5" from tip to guard and 1.0" in width @ guard. This bayonet was added to my fathers collection (now mine) over 40 years ago.
