Because of the way the opal is formed, it has natural inclusions within the stone. The less these inclusions are visible within the stone, the more valuable the stone! As I make all my own settings, I set the stone according to how the color presents itself and the best angle for the best flash of color. PLEASE NOTE:Opal always looks best in direct sunlight.
