Original Master copy I acquired from someone one who owns many Magtec Masters .This tape has been play tested and plays perfect from start to finish.This reel is exactly as I got it and everything you see is included. Music sounds great. The reel does not need to be baked . Please note a few things about this tape. You will need a 4 track 1/2" machine to play this tape. It will play side 1 in Track 1 and 3 and then you flip it and it will play Side 2 again on Track 1 and 3. This tape is the production master that Magtec used to manufacture the officially released 1/4" 4 track Magtec tapes you see on ebay all the time.This tape is using the AME equalization curve. You simply need to play it on your reel to reel using the NAB setting and than equalize it for AME at the output.Magtec used the AME curve for their production because it created superior sound with less tape hiss. You do not need to follow this procedure but it will sound better if you do. If you do not have an AME EQ and you need this mastered to some analog or digital format I can provide this for a fee. This fee is for labor and material only. I may or may not do this at my discretion because of time constraints.
