It is a Lightweight Sweatshirt type of Top with a Hood, and it has Fleece type of fabric inside, so it should help keep you Warm in Cold Temps. It says it has Super Soft fabric. It has 22% Modal fabric in it so that is probably what makes it feel soft. I don't know how true to size it is compared to other brands in this style/fit. I don't know how the fit will be for a normal size L/12/14. You will have to be the judge as to if this Top will Fit You Personally. It Can Stretch some. It has a Hood with a Drawstring to help with Upper Body and Head Warmth. It has 1 Large Low Bottom "Kangaroo" Pouch Pocket that Both hands will fit into from each side.
