The back of the Moonbin trading cards are grey, and some cards may have some marks from the manufacturing processes. We cannot control what happens after dispatch, but all photo cards are packaged in hardback "do not bend" envelopes, sleeves, and top loaders when possible for safety! We strive to be transparent on the condition of our items; please contact us for further information. Due to the nature of trading, cards may not be completely "new". We clean, and sleeve all cards upon arrival / receipt, and file them in hardback folders. We only use archival grade sleeves and pockets for our card storage to ensure longevity. We try to keep the cards in the best condition as we can but there may be small imperfections either from printing processes or through trades. SHIPPING PAYMENT & INFORMATION Shipping Policy: We endeavour to dispatch in 5-7 working days through Royal Mail. We may use a different express tracked carrier if the combined items are over 2kg, including FedEx, DHL, Parcelforce, and UPS.
