The medallion ribbon measures about 1.65" diameter medallion, 3.35" tall with the ribbon. Safety pin style clasp at the top of the ribbon. I believe this is an award from the late 50's but am not certain of that or the circumstances. It came from an estate of someone graduating HS in the late 50's, left NYC, and on to be a career machinist. The ribbon appears to be faded and there is some light wear particularly on the edge of the blue portion. The medallion has a few small nicks and marks.
