ASSAULT & PONDER Horse Racing Ashtrays 1946 & 1949 Kentucky Derby & Triple Crown

Description: PRICE REDUCED! Two (2) vintage porcelain ashtrays featuring 1) ASSAULT with a head shot and also racing with the Twin Spires of Churchill Downs in the background. Assault went on to be the 7th winner of the Triple Crown - Kentucky Derby, Preakness and Belmont in 1946. 2) PONDER with a head shot and Twin Spires in background. Ponder won the 1949 Kentucky Derby. Both are in excellent condition with no chips or stains. The Assault ashtray has a very nice gold ring around center, but the gold ring on the Ponder ashtray is partially missing. Made by B&B USA and measure 3 3/4 X 3 3/4 inches. Out of my personal horse racing collection. Postage $6.50.
