Miniature sheets WITHOUT! these holes are unauthorized reprints. All stamps bear around the perforation each weak to stronger "strokes". These were guides for setting up the printing machine / perforation machine. The printer has forgotten to remove these guides before printing. Due to the improper packaging of the miniature sheets by the printing company almost all small sheets have objections at the corners.
