Description: Clearance item at a local store. I did not get any hardware with the camera at the time of purchase. I used a generic usb and a generic 12 V power supply to test it, I only saw the power light at the bottom of the camera , the flashing eyes did not appear. Really not familiar with this item. Do not know if I need to download a program or else. I am selling this item AS IS and AS pictured without any accessories or guarantees of functionality.
