The piece is completely hand hammered and the handle is in a modern form. The hand hammered finish is wonderful on the bowl. The back of the handle has an engraving of the letter K, which we believe to be a maker’s mark and not a monogram. The K could possibly stand for Kalo, a well-known Arts & Crafts maker, but this seems unlikely as I have never seen this mark used for Kalo before. This piece is guaranteed to be sterling silver purity. This piece is in fabulous condition. There are no dents, no breaks, no splits, no monogram removals and no repairs.
