Description: This is a gorgeous high quality horse drawing model mannequin I've had since I was in middle school, I was very into drawing horses and it was a gift from a family member I believe. Another seller has the same item listed as made in France in the 1960s, it doesn't have a sticker or label anywhere so I assume they know this some other way - however, this one is a slightly smaller version of that same model. Measurements of the horse: Height approx. 14" (can be lifted and positioned higher as needed with the brass pegs) Length approx. 16" not including tail Dimensions of the base: Length x width approx. 12" x 4" Weight approx. 3 lbs 6 oz There are two brass pegs that can raise and lower the front and back of the horse separately so you can make it rear, jump, etc. It can attach and detach from the base this way as well. It's in excellent shape and has been sitting on a ledge above my work desk for about a decade. Allow for some slight dust. The wood is beautiful and not faded and has been freshly polished. It has a couple light dings or scratches here and there, probably from moving. It will be packed and shipped with utmost care. Thanks for looking!
