September 2007 in Regensburg) was a German painter, freelance artist and art teacher. His professional career began from 1977 to 1980 with an apprenticeship as a technical draftsman. He then worked at the Academy of Graphic Arts in Munich in 1981/82. In 1982 he founded the AKU Academy for Constructive Nonsense in Berlin. From 1984 to 1989 Grimm studied free painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. In 1990 he completed his studies as a master student under Professor Robin Page. In 1987 he was a co-founder of KUNST-WERK e. V. in Regensburg and received the Julius F. Neumüller scholarship from the city of Regensburg. From 1990 to 1993 he worked in a studio in Elmo, Italy. In 1994 he took a permanent position as an art and craft teacher at the Montessori School in Regensburg, where he worked until his death. In 2002, Grimm was a founding member of the Kunstverein GRAZ e. V. in Regensburg and in 2003 he was involved in setting up a school of fantasy in Regensburg. He was also active as a speaker at the Art Therapy Working Group in Regensburg. Wolfgang Grimm died by suicide. return:All items can be returned within 14 days without giving any reason.
