Great for crafts, jewelry, accessories, and a million other applications in need of a safety pin that has been plated in gold. How fancy. Each pin is approximately 2" long by 1/2" wide. I saw a posting where a person had attached earing post's to the side of two to these and made punk rock earrings. I don't know if anyone is using cloth diapers but you could totally bling out the baby. LOL. The possibilities really are endless. These were all found in a sealed bag protected from environment, relatively no or minimal aging tarnish has occurred. Gold does not tarnish but low percent alloys can. That said I do not think these have seen air for 35-40 years. Just my opinion. All look shiny and new. I used a home scratch acid test to verify that these have a gold content and percentage.
