Description: ROTC Patch Please see the picture. This is a vintage color patch for the HILLSBOROUGH HIGH SCHOOL Bulldogs ROTC/ JROTC program in Tampa, FL. It is in NEW condition and could be from a collection, previously mounted on cardboard so may have small amount of glue and paper on reverse (which can be removed and does not damage the patch.) Please ask any questions before bidding and as early as possible. I don't do refunds as the items are clearly pictured. I am including free shipping in the USA only on a limited number of patches. Single patches will be mailed with a first class stamp in a plain envelope and I will trust the buyer until I can't trust buyers anymore. I don't see charging 4 for a low dollar patch. Multiple wins will be combined and sent in padded envelope or box depending on what is ordered. International shipping is 3 USD via Airmail in stamped envelope like above.
