Some grading notes: cover and centerfold detached at bottom staple, 1" total spine split, moderate handling wear with heavy creasing, writing in marker on cover, moderate spine wear with heavy ticks with a few tears, big stain upper right; Back - moderate handling wear and creasing, 3/4" tear left edge, light wear top edge with a couple of small dings, 1/4" tear right lower edge, off white pages.
