They helped me to "UNLOCK" the device so you can use it on any carrier. (The 15 is so similar!I just do not need 2 phones.) There is nothing wrong with phone just got a new one. You can now use Apple Intelligence on iOS 18. I will also throw in two great cases, a screen cleaner AND it got a brand new screen protector this week! I am alos giving a clean set of white earbuds with a "thunder" connector as a "bonus", to use them you will need to slip the connecter into a cheap adapter, but they work.
