If I overcharged, I'll refund. If I undercharged, I'll eat the cost myself.Measures approximately: 36.5" x 25" Condition: Flag has yellowed/browned due to age. There are spots of brown stains. Some scuffs in white (see photo). No holes. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as "described".Item sold "AS-IS"--see photos.
