Description: This listing is for a beautiful large antique wooden firkin or sugar bucket that we found in East Tennessee . This is as good of a firkin as we have had in a while . It has a nice deep brown finish with a small decal of a stage coach and horses . The decal is torn and scratched a little but still very legible . The firkin itself is in as good a condition as you will find , no cracks or breaks in the lid . This firkin measures 10 inches tall and 10 inches across at the top . It is held together with three 1 1/4 inch bentwood bands with copper staples . The handle is also 1 1/4 inches wide and pegged on the sides . This is a really nice firkin for your collection or your decor !
