Description: Antique Vintage Silver Pickle Castor Set Cranberry Mary Gregory Insert LidSpoon Measures: 9" tall, 8" long, 4 1/4" wide. The silver frame is marked Barbour Bros Co. Quadruple Plate Hard White MetalThe bottom is a wee bit out of round so is just a tiny bit wobbly when on a flat surface. I'm sure you can fix this. I have not polished it, there may be plate loss. In my opinion I think it looks pretty good for its age. The insert is a cranberry Mary Gregory Insert. It measures: 5" tall, 3 5/16" wideLovely hand painted children swinging among the trees and grass. The insert has one bubble, see image; and 2 very small nicks near the outside bottom of the insert. See image. This insert is heavy, no chips or nicks, or flea bites on top rim. The lid measures: 3 1/2" round. I not sure if it is silverplate. Nicely adorn with etched leaves and flowers. The spoon is 7 1/2" long. Long enough to reach the bottom of the insert. It is marked: Oneida Community Par Plate. ( Par Plate is Oneida's silverplate name.)
