Description: Estate find super rare early Automotive Gear Works double diamond emblem which is the trademark of Richmond Gears. The only thing we can find about this is this company was in business from 1915 to 1960s. then was sold to Eaton until the 16970s when it was bought out by Richmond Gears. These are real deal old, used, dirty, use marks etc. But no cracks, nothing that would prevent them from being used. Automotive Gear Works made sets for Cord, Duesenberg, Cadilac etc. and farm equipment
