Antique Vintage 14K bohemian garnet diamond ring sz 7

Description: Here is this amazing vintage handmade solid 14 K yellow gold ladies ring with a 10 mm x 6.5 mm wide Marquise cut faceted natural red bohemian garnet gemstone . About 1.50 cts it is a gorgeous gemstone carefully examined under magnification and only has microscopic flea bite not noteworthy, it sits in a sturdy prong setting with V caps at each end to protect the gemstone and there are 8 small full cut round brilliant diamonds on the shoulders averaging about 0.025 ct each giving the ring a total carat weight about 1.70 cts weight calculated in the setting. The ring weighs 6.4 grams and it's about a size 7 that can easily be sized by a jeweler . The top of the ring measures about 13 mm north to south and tapers in a crisscross design to a sturdy band that is marked on the inside 14K with the name " April " followed by 2 overlapping hearts. I don't know if that's the makers name or if this ring was custom-made for somebody.
