Unmarked; similar ones were made by companies like Pairpoint, Reed & Barton, etc. It has a notched barrel shaped ring etched with florals and seashells that rests behind two rabbit figures, one sitting and the other on its hind legs, on a natural, ground-like base. 2.75" tall. 2.5" x 3" on bottom. Napkin ring opening is 1 5/8". Good condition; some wear on plate.
