Description: For your consideration is a beautiful antique spring loaded step door latch manufactured in the late 1800's. The latch is made if cast iron and has an ornate Eastlake design. It is in very good condition and operates smoothly. It has been cleaned on a wire wheel to remove layers of old paint and rust and repainted with a dull finish jet black paint. Dimensions are shown in the photos. Does not come with mounting screws. Please look at the pictures carefully as they are considered part of the description.
