Antique Swiss Ladies' purse watch key wind and set Engraved silver case running

Description: The photos for this watch were taken by a high megapixel digital camera and show detail far beyond what you could see with the naked eye. The details are such as you would see by using a magnifying glass. This is an antique Swiss ladies' purse watch. It is a key wind and key set movement. It is in great running condition. You wind it with the key and it runs and runs. It has not stopped once in hours. It's missing the minutes hand but it is keeping time. The case is Swiss with the 0.935 and the three bears hallmarks for this extra fine .935 sterling. This was based on the Swiss Hallmarking law of 1880. It has an exquisite engraved case with no wear that I can find. It is a hinged case and both hinges are in great condition. The case is very tight and the covers both open as close as designed and stay closed. The button on top of the stem unlocks the back cover, and the back pops open to be able to wind and set the watch with the key. The case has an inner dustcover in the same fine silver which allowed you to wind and set without exposing the movement to the elements (and keep most dust off the movement) The key is very cool and is in mint condition. The hand painted porcelain dial is in mint condition with not a mark on it. Overall a fine piece of watchmaking art from the 1800s. The watch is probably from the 1880s. All you need is to replace the missing minutes hand and this thing would be perfect. The watch is almost 1 & 9/16 inches across not including the crown & stem. The movement is 1 & 5/16 inches across. The watch though made in Switzerland was probably made for the English market because the balance bridge has the "fast & slow" adjustment instructions in English. (which are the only marks on the movement. The case has lots of information, but the movement only this. There is a tiny chip on the edge of the crystal, but it is barely noticeable. Please remember that even though this watch is working right now it is about 140 years old and it could probably use an overhaul in order to run reliable. I do not polish or refinish any watch that I have in my possession. I do make sure all movements are working and functioning properly before I list a watch. I also do this before I mail the watch, making sure that it is keeping correct time and all functions are working properly.
