Description: Antique Swedish Silver Mounted Wooden c1920s Walking Stick Engraved Danielsson and I believe is dated 6th September 1924 or it could read 9th June 1924 . This has extensive Silver work around the entire handle . It was made in Sweden and is hallmarked , the hallmark reads 3 crowns in an oval ,and an S in a hexagon . There is also a stamp that reads either 930S or 830S . The Silver is Engraved with fabulous lettering , it reads DANIELSSON with a preceeding initial that I cannot decipher . There are also some numbers under the name which have also been Engraved - these obviously represent something , possibly a date , it appears to read 19 then 6/9 then 24 . It may represent 6 th September 1924 or 9th June 1924 ,depending on whether the day or month is represented first . On the stick shaft it is stamped Akta Spanskror - I believe this translates as authentic - but I am unsure what the second word means . The piece measures 86.5 cms or 34 inches . A lovely stick .
