Description: 25-431 Today we're offering a gorgeous, antique art glass plate made by the Steuben Art Glass Co. of New York, circa 1910. The Steuben acid etched mark is on the bottom. This beautiful, transparent pink glass was created by infamous Frederick Carder, the company's founder and chief designer. The plate measures 8.5" in diameter. It is recessed and is no doubt an underplate for some other vessel. The glass is silky smooth with several nice bubbles. The condition is good. There is some minor scratching here and there and a tiny chip on the bottom of the plate on the base. * No hassle returns - buyer pays return shipping.
