Description: Antique Stanley No 46 Skew Cutter Combination Plane Type 9 1898-1904. Includes 1 (7/8 inch) skewed cutter, original #8 slitter patent date October 24, 1882. The handle and knob are both tight. The front depth stop is present. Also included is the rear depth stop and wing nut for it and the included slitter. They are installed on the plane. Both nickers are present, one on the main body and one on the skate. There is nickell plating missing, rust spots and scratches. Some chips out of the rosewood fence top and bottom but does not affect it's function. Please see my photos for these and any other condition issues.
