Description: Antique Silver Double Albert Chain Fully Hallmarked with Owls Fob 41cm 62g A lovely antique silver double Albert watch chain, the chain with Chester hallmarks for 1913. All parts are hallmarked for sterling silver, and every link has the lion stamp for sterling silver (see pics). Both dog clips are identical and carry the maker's mark S&S, and are in good working order.. Comes complete with a silver fob (HM 1915) depicting 3 owls and 3 Yorkshire roses, probably connected to Sheffield Wednesday football club. At 41 cm 16.5" in length, the piece could also be worn as a necklace if desired. A nice, chunky example with a gorgeous fob.
