Handle is heavily painted in gold with almost a 2 tone effect with the burnished smooth and deeper rich gold on the antler "bone." The blank design was registered by Royal Worcester in 1885 and produced in several sizes. This is the largest I have seen thus far at about 11 1/2 inches tall to the tip of the spout. The base is about 4 5/8 inches diameter and it is about 8 inches across from the tip of the spout to the furthest point of the handle. A fine example of these lovely pieces which I would consider a blending of the Aesthetic and Art Nouveau. These matched plates are all dated 1875 and measure about 9 1/8 inches. Condition is as described above and shown in the images.
