Description: Antique Phoenix Consolidated Glass Co. red satin biscuit or cracker jar. The Open Heart Arches pattern features hand painted enamel flowers on both sides. The lid is silver plated and is in very nice condition with patina. It has a few rough spots on the inside. The outside shows little wear considering the age of this piece. There are several flea bites and one small chip on the rim of the jar. The enamel painted flowers are bright and show no signs of wear. The jar plus lid measures 8” tall with a diameter of 4.25” at the opening. The circumference of the jar at its widest is 19.5”. Please look at photos for more details.
