Antique Pa. Primitive Redware Manganese Pumpkin Glaze Small Plate Bowl Crude

Description: For sale we have a excellent beautiful original 1800's antique primitive 6 1/2" Pennsylvanian Manganese Pumpkin Orange Glazed Redware plate, bowl or deep dish. This beauty has a incredible rich glossy pumpkin orange glaze colored on the front of the plate and a deep rich used blackened coloration on the back of the plate. The inside of the plate looks barely used with very minimal usage marks seen even when tilted. The inside is glossy with no wear or areas of scuffing. We date this plate to the early to mid 1800's. This is a fresh to the market example that's in original untouched and unaltered condition. This plate is small at approx. 6 1/2" across" and 1 3/4" deep. The condition is excellent with no large chips, cracks deep scratches or scuffing. There are no repairs or alterations. We only see a very small glaze pop in the center and some very fine glaze crazing when examined closely. We pictured these areas for complete accuracy. This is another excellent original untouched choice example in unaltered condition with a great look and presence. This would make a great addition to a Redware collection or a general Primitive antique collection. This listing is for the small size plate only.
