Antique Old Anchor Pottery Trenton NJ Semi Porcelain 2 Handle Monk Jar Canister

Description: Up for bid is an old two handle semi-porcelain storage jar/canister made by the Anchor Pottery company from Trenton, NJ. The jar features two monks, one drinking wine and the other tending to flowers. It stands about 6 3/4 inches tall (8" with the lid seated) and measures about 7 inches wide handle to handle. NOTE: the finial on top of the lid has been reglued (see photos). Also, there is some minor paint/glaze loss on the edges (see photos). Otherwise, the jar is in very good condition. Based on my research, I believe this piece to be somewhat rare. It would make a great addition to your collection.
