This trunk is dated 1881 and has the name – ‘Kristen K. L. Ostrem’. The trunk measures 16 3/4″ long and is 10 1/2″ deep and 8″ high. Look at the early iron hand forged straps and hinges on this trunk, the dovetailing work, and the early construction.
