Description: Excellent condition. Gift in 1920s to my late Norwegian grandfather. Guilloche enamel is very finely executed as is the ornate sterling silver crown of the Anitra pattern on the top of each handle and the lovely decorative transition from the bowl to enamel on shaft. Anitra became a popular girl's name in Norway after being introduced by Henrik Ibsen in has play 'Peer Gynt' in the1860s. Spoons are 4" long and have on the reverse side the mark of Theodor Olsens of Bergen (7 hills) & a 925 sterling quality mark. Ships in new matte black gift box. I ship same or next day after payment.
