The child is hugging the dog and it looks like the dog is kissing back. They are on a base with flowers and a tree. It is marked on the bottom "8406" and I believe it to be German perhaps Gebruder Heubach or some other German maker. Size: All items shown against ruler or in hand or both in one picture to help you judge size. Measures approximately 4 ¼ inches tall. Condition: Nice vintage condition as pictured.
