The figural part of the painting is ~ 6.5" "x 9.5" This is an Indo-Persian Mughal painting on masonite type board of a hunting scene Features fine, detailed brush strokes. I do not know the provenance, but the board it is on, appears to be early Masonite.The surface is shiny, suggesting oils The board is slightly warped Painting has some horizontal 'cracks', but paint is tight to surface.
