Description: Here is an ANTIQUE MICRO MOSAIC HINGED BOX. It is made of Gilt Brass. There is wear to the gilding. The brass box has an ornate design around it. It is made in Italy and is marked on the bottom with an impressed hallmark that looks like a gondola. The box is hinged and opens and closes securely. The top has a Floral Micro Mosaic Design. The mosaic is in good condition. This is a small box measuring approx. 1 3/8" in diameter and 3/4" in height. The box is an antique dating to the very early 1900's. Please email with questions.
