Description: THIS IS MY OWN EBAY SITE! MY HUSBAND MIKE'S EBAY STORE IS KNOWN AS "JUNKDEAL" AND HE HAS OVER 2000 POSITIVE FEEDBACK RATINGS! WE WILL BE SURE YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS!!! Here is another item from Mike's antique collection that he gave me to list! Gotta earn my keep!! It is a quart jar, Nov. 1858 patent date, Mason's Patent, zinc lid, ground lip w/ a couple tiny flakes common on ground finish jars, on the inside edge, not on or near the threads! The ground edge is perfectly intact, and the lid would still fully seal against the lid with the gaskets they used! It has another patent on the bottom of Nov. (18)67. It is the much older type, before other makers like Hero Glass or Hawley made jars with the Mason name.according to Mike. It has beautiful imperfections through the glass body, like bubbles and fold lines, and has a large bubble in the bottom too!! Also, it is the lightest shade of green possible! Pretty much perfect shape! Dee (and Mike!)
