Description: Antique ladder back chair Primitive. 3 slats in back panel of chair shows it is a short chair. Painted green previously and stripped down, with traces of green left in wood. There is wire at legs to strengthen the joints , which was common practice years ago. The chair is pretty sound and stable. There appears to have been rockers attached to the legs at some point in time, that were removed. A great project piece or a plant holder for your porch you decide!
