Description: CONDITION: Excellent, first quality, without defects of any kind. This porcelain plate was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory, or KPM in 1913. It has the red rb, blue scepter and black cross markings. There is an impressed date letter for the year 1913. The plate measures 9 1/4 inches in diameter. It has a thick cobalt blue border that is over laid with elaborate art nouveau style raised gilding. On both sides of the cobalt blue are pale blue bands. This touch is subtle and softens the pallet.
