Description: 1856 J.H. Clarke Dealer Of Dry Goods - Billhead Document - Worcester, Mass. Two billheads from J.H. Clarke a wholesale dealer of dry goods with Mrs. William Green as recipient. Items purchased appear to be mostly cotton goods. Dated 1856 and 1858. The Green family were prominent members of the Worcester community. Some minor corner ware, creasing, old age toning and very light soiling.
