Description: This listing is for a Limoges porcelain set of 8 bread and butter plates by Jean Pouyat Limoges in a floral and geometric pattern. The plates measure 6 1/2 inches in diameter. They have a white ground with light yellow border around the outside edge. The yellow border is accented with flowers in a diamond shape and floral swags inbetween them. They are further enhanced with a circle and diamond pattern in yellow and blue along with heavy applied gold on the edges. They are marked on verso "J.P.L. LIMOGES FRANCE" along with J. POUYAT LIMOGES" in a wreath and a "W" in a wreath below it. The plates are in very good condition, with no chips or cracks.
