Description: This antique Limoges bowl was made and decorated by the J Pouyat Factory. It is an elegant white bowl with a floral design with gold trim and a gold encrusted gold rim. At the widest point the bowl measures 9.75 inches and 9.25 inches in diameter without the handle. Based on the backstamp it was probably made between 1891 and 1932, but I would estimate it was made in the early 1900's. Overall, it is in great condition with no chips or nicks but there is some wear to the outside of rim at the handle where the bowl most likely was held. Made of porcelain and crafted in France, this bowl is a perfect addition to your collection or as a decorative piece for your home.
