It was published by Merrill's English Texts in New York. Edited with introduction and notes by Gilbert Sykes Blakely / A.M. Principal, Evander Childs High School, New York City. This book is in good condition for its age. It does have some markings of light liquid damage on the front cover. See photos. There is an inscription and names are written on the inside cover, first page. There are two examples of pencil markings inside the book. I have scoured to look for more, but cannot find any.
